2022 is drawing to a close and for TÜV AUSTRIA it was a very special year – the 150th anniversary year of the Austrian group of companies. A lot has happened in the TÜV AUSTRIA Group in the past twelve months. Not only nationally in Austria, but also internationally.           With its subsidiaries TÜV AUSTRIA Automotive in Germany and Austria, as well as TÜV AUSTRIA Mobility and TÜV AUSTRIA Turk in Europe and Asia, the Austrian group of companies in the automotive sector tests not only in the EU but also worldwide. Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK) now granted TÜV AUSTRIA TURK LTD additional ECE accreditations for motor vehicles (now 59 in total), agricultural machinery and tractors (now 99 in total) and motorcycles (now 30 in total). TÜV AUSTRIA Turk also scored points with the National Standards Authority of Ireland. As the authority responsible for issuing approvals for vehicles, technical units and components in accordance with ECE regulations, the NSAI increased the approval scope for TÜV AUSTRIA.
